Principle description of photoelectric inspection system
光电查验分系统集可见、近红外、长波红外探测于一体,作为雷达鸟情探测的补充手段,   红外热成像系统可自动输出报警系统开关量,一旦异常时及时提醒;同时可追踪画面中设定的目标,实现特定目标的监测。当FLIR红外热任何传感器产生报警时,安装在方位/俯仰云台上的FLIR红外热像仪会自动指向该报警坐标,使操作人员迅速对该报警进行可视化侦查,从而对所发生的事件作出快速响应。
The photoelectric inspection subsystem integrates visible, near-infrared  and long wave infrared detection. As a supplementary means of radar  bird detection, the infrared thermal imaging system can automatically  output the switch value of the alarm system, and prompt the alarm in  case of any abnormality; at the same time, it can track the target set  in the screen to achieve the monitoring of specific target. When any  FLIR infrared thermal sensor gives an alarm, the FLIR infrared thermal  imager installed on the azimuth / pitch platform will automatically  point to the alarm coordinate, so that the operator can quickly conduct  visual detection of the alarm, so as to make a quick response to the  event.
可见光具有较高放大倍率,当出现警报后,监控人员可通过可见光视频直接勘测现场,人工复核性质。同时,通过高精度云台的测角能力,结合GIS系统,实现对现场的初步定位,从而便于进一步处置。
The visible light has a high magnification. When an alarm occurs, the  monitoring personnel can directly survey the scene through the visible  light video and check the nature manually. At the same time, through the  angle measuring ability of the high-precision pan tilt, combined with  the GIS system, the preliminary positioning of the site is realized, so  as to facilitate further disposal.
红外热成像系统和可见光系统通过以太网线或模拟线将含有红外和可见光视频信号输入到数据存储分析系统,可选择性保存或长时间录制监测范围内视频;根据监测的预警规则,双传感器管理界面,结合机场视频监控系统。
